I'm ready for winter to be over. As far as I'm concerned, winter could shrink down to a week-long season. Don't get me wrong, I love my layers, but light layers are just fine. Retailers are starting to roll up their spring fashions and I couldn't be more excited! I love seeing all the dainty prints and bright colors. Being on a tight budget doesn't allow for me to spend that much on clothing when a new season rolls around. Instead I make small updates to what already hangs in my closet. Sometimes all a wardrobe needs is a new blouse or bright skinnies. Flowy dresses, studded flats, light-weight oxfords and popping clutches are just a few of the items on my spring shopping list.
